The folks over at MSN Colombia have released a cool pack of 25 free emoticons. While these smileys have been created mainly for Colombian users, there are some nice emoticons that can still be used by most people.
You can click the link below to download the emoticon installer. The smileys will be automatically installed into your Messenger, so make sure you are signed in before starting it.

Since the installer is not in English, here are some installation instructions for those of you who don't speak Spanish:
- Download and open the emoticon installer from above.
- Click on the
Siguiente
button, this meansNext
. - On the license page there are two options for setting MSN as you default search page, uncheck them if you wish.
- Click the
Acceptar
button to agree to the EULA and continue. - The animated emoticons will now be installed into Windows Live Messenger.
The installer is quite simple to use and your new emoticons will be available for use immediately. We reviewed the emoticons after installation, and while they're not as good as some of the previous Microsoft emoticon packs, its still worth installing them.
